How does it work

Fuel can be saved by driving in a smoother manner condition.This means one must control the throttle and brake pedal very carefully. It's similar to like how a skilled driver will drive smoothly thus consuming less fuel compared to aggressive driver.

SingTech ECO Fuel Saver is designed to monitor and control the signal of pedal. The theory is to calculate the depth of pedal affected by different driving habits. ECO Fuel Saver will first receive data from the sensor, then convert and return it to the sensor. ECO fuel saver adjusts the timing and dose of the injected fuel, to fix up adaptable engine power demand, operating temperature and cylinder pressure conditions with ECU[Engine Control Unit].

How does it save

Generally, if the throttle pedal is pressed further down, this will open the throttle body and allow more air to be pulled into the engine. The ECU will inject more fuel according to how much air is passing into the engine. In order to fit the most users in every driving situation, ECU programme tend to higher fuel injection which is written by car manufacturer. With SingTech ECO fuel saver, when the driver step on the accelerator, ECO fuel saver will receive the data from throttle pedal sensor or accelerate pedal sensor.
